Number Customer Care is an independent information website about common technology problems and ways to find companies’ official support resources.
Our purpose
We help readers understand a problem, follow appropriate troubleshooting steps and find the product maker’s official help pages. We are not a customer-support helpline and do not access accounts, recover passwords, process refunds or repair devices remotely.

The website is maintained under the publication attribution Number Customer Care Editorial Desk. This is an editorial label, not a claim of professional certification, a particular team size or affiliation with a technology company.

Sources and older guides
Our standard for new and substantially revised guides is to use official product documentation and help centres, link the sources consulted, and record what was checked. A review of documentation is different from hands-on testing. We describe testing only when it actually took place.
Some older guides describe earlier interfaces or discontinued products and are being reviewed. A publication date alone does not establish that information is current. Check the product’s official help centre before deleting an account, changing security settings, installing software or using support contact details.

Number Customer Care is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the official support service of Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, Yahoo, HP, Canon, Epson, Verizon or any other company discussed here. Company names and trademarks identify the subjects of our guides and belong to their respective owners.
Never send us passwords, verification codes, payment details or remote access to your device. For issues requiring private account information, use the company’s own official support service.
